Shipping and Delivery
Every day, we deliver our products to hundreds of customers all over the world. In order to provide the best experience for you, we’re always available to answer any questions you might have!
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: All orders are sent to our manufacturing partners within 24 hours of placement. After tailoring, quality checking and packaging, the manufacturer and the local postal service will process the order, which can take between 2–4 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 12–24 business days. All orders are shipped through e-Packet, which is an international Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 12 and 18 business days to arrive at their destination but can take up to 30 business days in some cases.
Tracking/Where is my package: As soon as your item has shipped we will send a tracking number to the e-mail address associated with your account.
