HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Trendy Girls Club partners with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and the most qualified products. This means that your order is shipped globally from distant locations such as Thailand, China, India, Turkey, etc. via our partnership with e-Packet international delivery service.

Because we ship internationally, directly from our partners in the stated above countries, it may take 3-5 weeks for your item to arrive to your home location. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately. Check your order shipping status on the Order Tracking Page and if you still have any questions, email us and we will help you to track your order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@trendygirlsclub.com with your tracking number in it. If you can't find your confirmation email, send us a note at support@trendygirlsclub.com and we'll resend it to you.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

In rare occasions, your order may be temporarily held by your country's customs department, often without any feedback from the authorities. If that's the case, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and asking to release your items.

Note: If for some reason your order is never released by the customs, we'll send you a replacement.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM?

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE ALL IN ONE PARCEL?

Unless the items are made by the same manufacturer, it is more likely that the items will arrive in different parcels and will be delivered on different dates. If your order contains multiple items, you will be provided with separate tracking numbers for each item.
